We produce two estate oils on our olive farm, our Early Harvest Olio Nuovo Extra Virgin Olive Oil and our later harvest. Tasting Notes: Aromas of young green fruit, green grass, banana and notes of almond. Taste exhibits abundant fruitiness, green grass, sweetness, bitterness, pungency and notes of artichoke, with exceptional harmony, a high complexity and high persistence.
